Suicidal Turkey possibly about to trigger a major war!, by Luís Garcia
Those truly informed about what is going on now in Idlib (Syria) were hoping that mad Erdogan was just bluffing and that he would eventually stop playing with fire (i.e. stop risking triggering a major war).
Scott Ritter, a former US Marine Corps intelligence officer, is one of those well-informed and reasonable persons who were hoping Erdogan was bluffing. Read his recent words:
For the Turkish troops still deployed inside Idlib, their situation has become increasingly perilous. Their numbers and dispositions preclude any chance of a meaningful defense of Idlib, even if the decision was made to engage the Russian Air Force and Syrian Army. The best the Turks can hope for at this juncture is a new ceasefire that allows its military forces in Idlib to be withdrawn safely with their honor intact. In any event, by aligning its interests with those of Jolani and HTS, in violation of the 2018 Sochi Agreement, Turkey has made its position in Idlib unsustainable both militarily and politically.”
Unfortunately, wise Scott Ritter was wrong.

As the Russian journalist Murad Gazdiev rightfully resumed:
“We are in a strange situation. We are both closer to the end of the Syrian war than we have ever been. And we are also close to the worst escalation this war has ever seen.”
The Western war on Syria and the sufferance of Syrians could have already ended if Erdogan were to stop with his foolish Otomanish projects backed by the silence of hypocritical Europeans and the bloodthirstiness of mad Yankees.
But no, it didn't end and, actually, we have now mad Erdogan literally saying that the Syrian Idlib Province belongs to Turkey:

Please watch this 6-minutes resume of the current situation (including US Terror State ambassador to the UN Orwellianly inverting reality while using the dumbest emotional fallacies ever seen):

Unfortunately, suicidal mad Erdogan is not bluffing. He will really try the impossible and the illegitimate:
— To steal a Syrian province from Syrians;
— To fight alone a war against Syria and its allies (Hezbollah, Iran, and Russia).
He will really put the whole world in danger:
— To start illegal aggression on Syria which, if everything goes wrong, can trigger a world war.

Yesterday Erdogan was threatening Syria with eminent aggression.
Unfortunately, it already started. Today:

Syria is not and can not afford to be bellicose.
Wise constructive Russia is NOT bellicose, even if most sheep-like humans living in Eastern Europe believe otherwise.
Thanks to Syrian and Russian pragmatism and goodwill, the Turkish rogue state, ruled by a suicidal maniac, is still on time to back off and stop this genocidal adventure before too late.
Let's hope Erdogan and his fellow terrorists in the Turkish administration will be able to reason very soon and stop this madness on time!
