First of all, and as a Portuguese citizen, I really hope China will soon stop helping sinophobic Portugal on COVID-19. I insist, China please cancel the undergoing humanitarian aid to Portugal. Portugal is mostly inhabited by sinophobic sheep-like humans who have been electing pro-US prostituted governments since the 1974 Revolution.

See,  Portugal is a democracy. 

Those right now in power were democratically chosen by the Portuguese people. 

The government they chose controls the state news channels named RTP. 

The Portuguese state news channel, which usually offers pathetic 2-lines articles full of emptiness... today decided to publish an unprecedented thousands-words-long immense article with plenty of the most disgusting anti-China propaganda.

In this article, the Portuguese government-controlled news media outlet decided to attack altruistic and humanistic China in all ways possible.

Bear in mind that this is a direct attack from the equivalent of CCTV in China or BBC in England.

The Chinese Ambassador to Portugal should ask the Portuguese government to explain itself over all this. I invite my Chinese readers to inform their Embassy in Portugal about this very serious insult against the Chinese nation! 

1️⃣ RTP affirms that Chinese aid to Italy and other countries is Chinese propaganda. These sinophobic accusations start right in the sarcastic title of their mentioned article: "Covid-19. New propaganda makes China the world leader against the pandemic".

2️⃣ RTP affirms that the epidemic started in China. Period. Portuguese RTP apparently knows better than anyone else and already made their final conclusions on this topic. 

3️⃣ RTP fallaciously accuses China of having been accused (of whatever thing) by other fellow prostituted media outlets throughout the world (in US vassal states). Yes, they were dishonestly accused of plenty of things, only to prove how biased are Western lying media. 

4️⃣ Now, let's quote RTP : "Months later, in mid-March 2020, with the outbreak under control in their own country, and [with] dozens of other countries facing an ongoing disaster, Beijing is resorting to internal propaganda to clean up its image, assuming itself as the savior of the planet". 

See, Portuguese state-owned news channel accuses the Chinese government of lying to clean its image, thus insinuating the COVID-19 epidemic is the Chinese government's fault. More, it insinuates that all this is just a Chinese Machievelian plan to present themselves as the dubious saviors of the planet.

5️⃣ Citing equally prostituted pro-US Al-Jazeera, RTP blames Chinese state-owned media for the horrible crime of informing the Chinese audience about the Chinese humanitarian aid sent "to countries such as Iran, Italy or Greece".

Oh bad Chinese government, how dare you to state facts? In Europe, we just make it all up! 

6️⃣ RTP makes sarcastic remarks about a public statement made by the Chinese government, in which it was affirmed that the Chinese strategy helped prevent what could have been an even worse pandemic. 

For instance, RTP quoted Geng Shuang, Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs, saying "With the greatest determination to curb the spread of the outbreak, China has gained enough time for the world to prepare for this pandemic",  to then mock the Chinese government with these words: "Geng Shuang (...) insinuating that the draconian measures imposed by Beijing have served to slow down the spread of the disease throughout the world".

First, draconian? Draconian like what?  Yes, I know, I heard it all. Many in the West argue that measures like imposed quarantine or drones in the sky giving orders to the Chinese people were examples of horrible draconian oppression undergoing in China.

I won't even counterargue and expose the contradictions here, as very professional journalists at Russian RT already did so (please watch RT News, March 22, 2020, from moment 20:50 on).

I would just remind you that the very same Portuguese government that owns RTP, has been taking the very same measures for the past 10 days! So, is the Portuguese government telling us that the Portuguese government is oppressive and it takes draconian measures against its own people? 

Second, the measures were not imposed, as wise Chinese people overwhelmingly welcomed them. But yes, the measures "have served to slow down the spread of the disease throughout the world". To prove so, until the Western expats' collective sinophobic decision to leave China, the epidemic was clearly contained, with 99,9% of the cases in China, and a few more in 20+ other countries in which, for weeks, the number of cases barely changed (watch this and this). 

After nihilist masochistic sadic Westerners left China, in a few days, new outbreaks began all over Europe. In a few weeks,  after the Italian outbreak (February 21), 202 countries and territories got their first cases, with four-fifths of first country case coming from central Europe and the US. Italy alone infected 51 nations!

7️⃣ RTP sarcastically mocked "Beijing's celebration", held on March 18th, for "the 'people's war' against the pandemic". 

If RTP's journalists were not the pro-terrorist liars they are, always supporting Western state terrorism in Syria or Western economic war on Venezuela, they would probably be able to understand the value of such positive war against an epidemic. 

8️⃣ Again, quoting RTP : "Almost unanimously, the media couldn't stop praising the unprecedented measures that allowed [them] to control the internal spread of the disease in just over three months, and assigning to China the role of the global leader in the fight against the new coronavirus."

"News anchors and journalists referred to the leadership and 'supremacy' of the 'Chinese fighting system' to the epidemic."

"In the [Chinese] news, the focus is no longer on the pressure to control the outbreak, but rather on China's effort to provide healthcare personnel and resources to other severely affected countries."

Yes! So what? Is that a crime? Does RTP news outlet object humanitarian aid? Are Portuguese journalists against the right of the Chinese journalists to work and inform the public about the real world? Is RTP supportive of censorship?

Firstly, how nihilistic and perverted one's mind has to be in order to decide to mock such a great achievement. 

Chinese are bad because they celebrate their endurance and altruism invested in saving human lives.

Portuguese are good because they constantly celebrate the great deed of the Portuguese Army serving NATO criminal adventures, Orwellianly labeled as peace missions. For instance, many times I heard this same RTP bragging about the Portuguese Army "training" the Iraqi army when, in truth, they are illegal and unwelcomed occupiers (along with the US and others), now constantly shelled by the heroic Iraqi forces of resistance (Popular Mobilization Units). 

Secondly, no China is not assigning itself any role. China is helping and is fighting COVID-19 for real. Up to us all, citizens of the world, to recognize the great deeds and the great altruism of the Chinese government and, eventually, come to the conclusion that China should be a global leader (instead of the terrorist USA).

The problem is, Chinese are not westerners, do not think like westerners, do not plan to rule the world and do not wish to rule the world. Only Western arrogant ignorance, erroneously projecting its own views of the world into Chinese's minds, can come up with such absurdities.

Arrogant ignorance and supremacist ideals prevent Portuguese journalists from listening to what the Chinese, as a civilization, actually think, let alone understand them. Otherwise, they could have heard about Yan Xuetong and his very clear description of Chinese civilizational mindset:

"Many people are talking about the China model, arguing that China is rapidly developing into a model that is different from the West. Many developing countries are also studying what they can learn from the China model to spur development. However, from China's perspective what the country should do is to display to the world that the China model is only applicable to China. The reason why China has succeeded in the past decades of development is because of taking the road with Chinese characteristics. It doesn't imitate the model of any other country, but develops based on its own conditions. Countries need to invent their own models of development. Simply imitating the China model or Western model will only lead to failures. China is different from other countries. Setting the China model as an example and hoping other countries to follow China can easily lead to an ideological confrontation."

9️⃣ Again, quoting RTP : "Chinese state TV, CCTV, has been continuously broadcasting images of the arrival of Chinese doctors in Bergamo, northern Italy, or in the Iranian capital, Tehran."

"The international branch of CCTV, CGTN, and the Global Times, an English-language state-owned tabloid, keep praising the Chinese 'generosity' and its 'leadership' during the pandemic."

Yes,  CGTN is as state-owned as you are, dear not dear RTP! 

But wow, wait. Why wouldn't they do all that? Isn't precisely their job, as journalists, to report all this? Is it a crime to report such positive information? Is it a crime, for the Chinese, to be proud of their good deeds?

Criminalized should be the systematic censorship on RTP which, for instance, refuses to inform the Portuguese people about the crime against humanity being committed now by Romania and Bulgaria. These 2 European Union members, under US Terror State's pressure, are blocking dozens of Iranians trucks with medical supplies urgently needed in Iran to fight the pandemic!

Criminalized and dismantled should be the EU for censoring and blocking one of the bravest European journalists alive,  Dilyana Gaytandzhieva, who was "expelled from the European Parliament when asking the Assistant Secretary of the US Department of Health questions about the Pentagon bio-laboratories around Russia, China, and Iran.” And why doesn't RTP report this blatant EU attack on European press freedom? Lack of freedom of speech in China? Oh really!?! What about Europe?

More. Is there a limit to self-praising? Really, is there such a thing? Because, firstly, I am not sure the Chinese media are praising themselves in the negative sense these unscrupulous Portuguese journalists insinuate and, secondly, if there is a limit, let's not apply it to humanist examples like this one.

No! Let's apply it to the utterly pathetic self-praising of the Portuguese people that, this same pathetic RTP, has been broadcasting dozens of times a day, during the last few days.

This very same RTP has been constantly broadcasting a short video praising Portugal for remaining the European Champions (in football) for one more year, until 2021, thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic that forced the Euro2020 to be postponed.

This is truly shameful! This deserves to be criticized and mocked! This is disgusting nationalism! How ashamed of my nationality am I when I watch such nationalist rubbish! Yes, thank you COVID-19 pandemic for letting us be European champions for 5 years instead of the regular 4! Wow, what an achievement! 

🔟 Quoting RTP :

"Any positive comments from world leaders such as Serbian President Aleksander Vucic, or the leaders of Venezuela or the Philippines, an act of gratitude or an act of support, and advice from Beijing, [all this kind of events] have assured coverage in the news."

"[Chinese] Propaganda also reaches social media, including Twitter and Facebook, both banned in China, but in which state-owned media hold accounts."

Wow, how horrible! How dare they to broadcast news and real footage from real-life situations, right? Can RTP deny the fact that China, Russia, and Cuba sent much-needed aid to 82+ countries?

In same the countries where nihilistic genocidal Western beings spread the virus, the Chinese help eradicating it. How dare you, the Chinese, to report such unpleasant facts!?!

RTP does far better, right? RTP just lies all the time about all international subjects, namely copy-pasting and regurgitating CIA-backed Radio Free Asia propaganda and their abject lies about nonexistent concentration camps in the Xinjiang province.

Talking about Xinjiang and the Uighur people, lucky them! They are a respected minority in a China that encourages and helps minorities to thrive and prosper. Lucky them! They were never part of the Portuguese genocidal empire. Otherwise, they would be now just one more lost ethnicity in the list of ethnicities wiped out by the Portuguese and other Western empires. And a forgotten one, because Western propaganda tends to ignore real genocides committed by Western powers or their vassal states, and tends to report nonexistent genocides like the one that is not taking place in China!

Talking about propaganda, that's precisely the reason why Facebook and Western tools of mass censorship and brainwash are blocked in China. 

RTP lies. RTP shamelessly lies when affirming Facebook was forbidden in China. No, it wasn't. The Chinese government only asks it to remove the horrendous and terroristic propaganda against China they insist on keeping online. That's all!

Facebook only has to block and delete groups with propaganda praising the death of Chinese people, praising terrorist attacks against China or calling for the destruction of the Chinese government! 

Facebook could remove all that propaganda very easily. Facebook has a large experience in censoring groups, pages, and accounts. Over the last 5 years, Facebook has been removing dozens of thousands of accounts from people in Syria, Venezuela, Russia, Iran or elsewhere in the world who dare to report the truth or think differently. Even my insignificant Facebook account was removed when I started writing articles supporting China on the Uighur issue with facts and truth. 

Back to the main subject, and talking about accusations of propaganda, how dare state-owned RTP to label the broadcasting of real speeches and events as "propaganda"? Unbelievable! These moronic propagandists can't even spell the "Philippines" properly! 

For RTP prostituted journalists, Chinese reporting real events backed with footage is "propaganda", while this example of despicable anti-China propaganda produced by RTP is "news". Do you notice Western arrogance and Western sense of supremacy here?

1️⃣1️⃣ Now it gets really serious. Portuguese government-owned RTP accuses the Chinese government of censoring news about Covid-19 test-kits China sold to Spain, which apparently "don't work". Later, RTP contradicts itself informing us that the tests do work. Unfortunately, RTP lies again and says the tests have a very low sensitivity of 30%, instead of telling us the Spanish authorities don't know how to use it, despite the fact the producer of those tests affirmed they have "created videos to demonstrate how to use our products correctly."

So, firstly, RTP lied! China didn't sell it. A Chinese company did. Nobody forced Europeans to buy it and the Chinese government has nothing to do with it. 

Secondly, RTP lied! It works. The tests are not 100% accurate, but to say "it doesn't work" is a blatant lie!

Thirdly, Bioeasy, the Chinese company that sold it, can't be blamed for the illiteracy and the dumbness of certain authorities in Spain or in the Czech Republic. According to Moon of Alabama :

When one checks the original reports from Spain and from the Czech Republic one learns that these countries bought anti-body tests which only react when a person has had the virus for some time and developed anti-bodies against it. These tests can obviously not be used to find persons who are infected but have not yet developed anti-bodies.

China's ambassador in Spain also pointed out that these tests have yet to be verified by the regulator and were imported without the help or knowledge of the Chinese government.

The anti-body tests are valuable to identify people who have developed current immunity against the virus. These people can then care for those who are most endangered by the disease. Anti-body tests are quick. They can be used anywhere."

See what happens when you put ignorant Europeans in charge of a certain technology? They will use it the wrong way and then they will blame the Chinese for their own incompetence!

Fourthly, as Alan Leung correctly pointed out:

(...) these Bioeasy test kits were not included in the medical supplies sent by the Chinese government to Spain and had not been approved by China’s National Medical Products Administration.

So how can it be the Chinese fault when the Spanish Government go off buying some unapproved test kits from an unapproved supplier even after China gave them a list of approved medical suppliers?

Either the Spanish Government wanted to save money and is now trying shift the blame of their own mistake to China because the test kit is faulty or they purposely bought unapproved test to start another propaganda and misinformation campaign, which look highly possible with the way mainstream media is trying to spin the story."

Fifthly, the Portuguese government-owned RTP likes to mock Chinese government-owned CGTN only because RTP's journalists are vicious unscrupulous liars.

RTP, in a pure act of anti-journalism, in a full sentence and a minute-long video, insinuated that the Chinese government sold broken tests and then censored their crime.

Nonsense because CGTN did write about the subject and clarified what RTP and other Western Orwellian media purposely lied about and manipulated. Please read this article by CGTN: Facts Tell: Do China's coronavirus test kits have a high error rate? The answer is 'no'.

The same applies to the Chinese authorities, namely the Chinese Embassy in Spain, from which we got this very clear explanation:

"Donations made by the Chinese government and other companies such as Alibaba do not include products supplied by Shenzhen Bioeasy Biotechnology.

The order for sanitary materials by Spain's Ministry of Health has not left China yet. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce has offered Spain a list of classified suppliers, in which Shenzhen Bioeasy Biotechnology was not included.

Shenzhen Bioeasy Biotechnology has not yet obtained the official license from the National Medical Products Administration of China to sell its products."

Got it? In third-world-like Europe, health authorities misuse test-kits not yet approved in China, only for Western lying media to accuse entire China of doing a very bad deed... How childish. How pathetic! How vicious!
