When the US Terror State requests its own think tanks to come up with ideas on how to subdue Russia, the results are not at all surprising. The main proposal was, of course, to create in Ukraine what is actually happening in Ukraine.

Apparently, these guys indeed read Zbigniew Brzezinski's The Grand Chessboard. The problem is: They did not get it.
